How do I arrange care for myself or a family member?

One of our staff team will be happy to talk through your requirements with you over the telephone. We will then arrange a free, no obligation assessment which will be carried out in your home. This would be followed by our staff - suggesting at this time that you ask anyone who you would like to be involved in your care package to attend to either support you or ask any questions. Having discussed your needs, we will then put together a package that suits your individual requirements. We will then agree a start date and sign contracts before your care package commences.

What sort of care can your agency provide?

We offer a range of different services from enabling your independence to promoting your independence at home and reablement care, live in care, community support and other health and social activities that you may be unique to you as an individual. If you click on the “Our services” icon at the top of the page, it will give you full details of our range of services.

Will I have the same care worker each day?

This depends on how many care visits you have each week. We very rarely have one care worker assigned to a particular service user. This allows for periods of time where your care worker may be away on holiday. However, we are mindful to keep the number of your care workers to the absolute minimum.

What happens if I am not happy with my service?

We will of course respond to the problem that you have raised immediately. If you would like to make a complaint or report an incident that may include a member of our staff or our service, we have an amazing customer care team who are available to take your call and we will then arrange for one of our senior members of staff to visit you to resolve the issue. Our core objective is for our service users to live longer, healthier, and happier lives through our dedicated staff team.
